摘要
We succeeded in elaborating YBaCuO and GdBaCuO superconducting films on ZrO2 and SrTiO3 as well as by single target sputtering as by coevaporation. Using magnetoresistance data from measurements in a pulsed field, we defined a "critical" field H*c2 at half of the resistive transition. We show in this paper that the temperature dependence of H*c2 near Tc is strongly connected to the structure of the films. © 1990.
