摘要
Colloidal spherical particles of narrow size distribution of a ruthenium double salt, (NH3)2RuIII(NO)·2RuIVOCO3·5H2O, were obtained by aging solutions of ruthenium chloride containing K2SO4 and urea at elevated temperatures. The amorphous product was readily converted to RuO2 by calcination at 400°C. The same original powder, dried and then heated at 250-300°C in a stream of H2 yielded metallic ruthenium. To preserve particle morphology the original powder was coated with silica before calcination. © 1990.
