BOUND TERPENOIDS IN THE JUICE OF THE PURPLE PASSION FRUIT (PASSIFLORA-EDULIS SIMS)

摘要
Enzymatic hydrolysis of C18reversed-phase isolates from the juice of the purple passion fruit led to the identification of a wide range of terpenoids. In addition to the main component linalool and other monoterpenoids, the following C13norterpenoid aglycons were identified for the first time in passion fruit: 4-hydroxy-|(3-ionol; 4-oxo-β-ionol; 4-hydroxy-7,8-dihydro-β-ionol; 4-oxo-7,8-dihydro-β-ionol; 3-oxo-α-ionol; isomeric 3-oxoretro-α-ionols; 3-oxo-7,8-dihydro-α-ionol; 3-hydroxy-l,l,6-trimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene; vomifoliol; dehydrovomifoliol. © 1990, American Chemical Society.
