摘要
A defocus convergent-beam electron diffraction (CBED) method is proposed to determine the six-dimensional Burgers vectors of dislocations in quasicrystals and to differentiate the strong and weak extinction conditions. Compared with the diffraction-contrast-image method, the defocus CBED method is much simpler, clearer, and more effective and powerful.
