摘要：

Two cases of probable congenital tuberculosis occurring in the ten-year period from 1966 to 1976 are reported. One infant with confirmed congenital tuberculosis also had symptomatic hypoadrenocorticism. Tuberculosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of the seriously ill infant. © 1979 Southern Medical Association.
