摘要：

A family with epithelial ovarian carcinoma occurring in five members spanning three generations is presented. The pattern of appearance of the malignancies in this family is consistent with autosomal dominant transmission. The literature relating to familial ovarian cancer is reviewed and the management of women at risk for the development of ovarian cancer in these families is discussed. © 1979.
