2 NEW PHOSPHOLIPASE-D INHIBITORS, SCH-49211 AND SCH-49212, PRODUCED BY THE FUNGUS NATTRASSIA-MANGIFERAE

摘要
Sch 49211 (2) and Sch 49212 (3) have been isolated from the fermentation of the fungus Nattrassia mangiferae. The strucutres of 2 and 3 were determined by analysis of NMR spectroscopic data. Both 2 and 3 exhibit inhibitory activity (IC50 = 11 and 12 mu M, respectively) in the phospholipase D (PLD) assay.
