摘要
The alloy LaNi5Hx underwent up to 45000 hydrogen sorption cycles in a closed system under mild pressure-temperature conditions. The deterioration of LaNi5Hx with prolonged cycling was investigated by determining the pressure-composition isotherms, hydrogen absorption capacity, crystal structure and isothermal reaction kinetic rates. The decrease in the hydrogen absorption capacity is discussed with respect to the detected changes.
