摘要
An X-ray, electron and scanning electron microscopic study of some chalcogenide materials has shown the diphasic (or even more complicated) structure of these materials. Some are mainly crystalline, many contain well dispersed small crystals, but even those which are really glasses, consist of two non-crystalline phases. Since our compositions correspond to various 'glasses' used as the source material for electrical devices studied for their 'switching' or 'memory' properties, the observed finely dispersed two (glass)- phase character of these materials is important for any theoretical consideration of their physical models. © 1969.
