摘要
Photocurrents induced by illumination of subbandgap photon energy in a Ti-oxide film electrode (produced by thermal oxidation of a Ti metal rod) were measured under anodic polarization with a two-beam experimental setup. The results are interpreted in terms of photon-induced electron transfers to and from active bandgap states, located at or close to the surface. © 1979, The Electrochemical Society, Inc.
