摘要
Lucovsky's linearized differential equation describing the time-dependent photovoltage distribution in the non-uniformly illuminated semiconductor junction has been solved completely for the rise and decay of the photovoltage. In particular the steady state solution has been found to be identical with Lucovsky's solution of the time-independent equation. © 1968.
