Partial molar volumes have been determined for aqueous solutions of the three dipeptides; glycylglycine, glycyl-dl-leucine, and glycyl-dl-serine at temperatures of 308.15 and 318.15 K. The results, along with those determined at 298.15 K, were used to estimate isobaric expansion coefficients. These results are discussed in terms of the likely solute-water interactions. © 1990.
