摘要
The temperature dependence of coercivity JHc of Fe3B-based Nd4Fe77B19 permanent magnetic materials is analysed. The coercivity of these melt-spun materials vanishes above the Curie temperature of the minor phase Nd2Fe14B. As well as melt-spun Nd-rich magnets, Nd4Fe77B19 magnets show a maximum in the JHc versus T curve at low temperatures. The coercivity of these melt-spun materials has a smaller temperature coefficient than sintered Nd-rich NdFeB magnets. The relation of the observed T-dependence of JHc, to the anisotropy field HA(T) of Nd2Fe14B is discussed. © 1990 IEEE
