We investigate the morphological segregation of galaxies on large scales, using complete redshift samples and statistical methods sensitive to the population change in the low-density regions of the galaxy distribution. Our correlation analysis shows that the elliptical and S0 galaxies are significantly more correlated than the spiral galaxies on scales less-than-or-equal-to 15 h-1 Mpc. The population analysis, for samples excluding galaxies belonging to clusters defined by given density contrasts, shows that the fraction of the elliptical and S0 galaxies in the field decreases monotonically as the density contrast changes from high values to approximately 1.
