摘要
The composition of carrot seed oil has been studied using gas‐liquid chromatography separation of components and characterisation by infra‐red absorption and mass spectrometry. Evidence was found for the identities of 23 components. Of these, camphene, a‐terpinene, terpinene‐4‐ol, a‐terpineol, bornyl acetate, y‐decanolactone, β‐selinene, a‐gurjunene and coumarin had not been previously reported as constituents of carrot seed oil.
