PHOTOINDUCED EFFECT IN GLASSY CHALCOGENIDE HETEROJUNCTIONS

摘要
A novel photoinduced effect has been studied for systems containing As2S3Se heterojunctions. Light exposure induces an increase in the optical transmittance and a decrease in the photocurrent in the bilayer and disordered multilayer structures. The photoeffects exhibit temperature and layer thickness dependences. These observations can be accounted for by assuming photoenhanced diffusion of selenium atoms at the heterojunctions. © 1990.
