摘要：
Glucose 1,6-bisphosphate is a regulator of the key enzymes of carbohydrate metabolism, and its concentration in muscle changes under different physiological, hormonal and pathological conditions. It is suggested that this compound regulates the different pathways of glucose metabolism. © 1979.
