CYTOGENETIC CHANGES IN WHITE BLOOD CELLS AFTER CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE TREATMENT

摘要
The chromosome analysis of 19 non-irradiated patients with ovarian tumours showed a mean of 15-20% chromosomal defects of all analysed cells. The corresponding value of non-irradiated tumour patients without cytostatic treatment was 2.5%. The number of breaks per analysed cell was about 10 times greater than in these controlls. Most of the defects are formed by aberrations of chromatids of the delayed-isolocus" type. The abnormalities increase with the number of single infusions and the dose of cyclophosphamide. © 1969 Springer-Verlag."
