摘要
1. 1. Leucine[14C] incorporation into mouse heart slices was measured at 34-43°C. 2. 2. Ethanol had little effect under 37°. Above 40°C, it markedly potentiated the inactivating effect of elevated temperature. 3. 3. Ethanol (200 mM) increased the activation energy of the heat inactivation reaction by 47%, and increased the Q10 from 180 to 2000. 4. 4. A significant effect was seen with 40 mM ethanol. 5. 5. Dimethyl sulfoxide and acetone produced similar effects. 6. 6. Ethanol also potentiated the effect of 2,4-dinitrophenol, which increases endogenous heat production. 7. 7. The results suggest that ethanol decreases the thermal stability of tissues, at concentrations and temperatures that may occasionally be encountered in vivo. © 1979.
