摘要
Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli incubated at 1° or 4°C became increasingly sensitive to Mannitol Salt Agar and Violet Red Bile Agar respectively. The increased sensitivity was most marked with exponential phase cultures. Streptococcus faecalis was refractory to similar treatments. The viability of all 3 organisms on selective and non‐selective media is reported. Copyright © 1979, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
