摘要
Two methods are described allowing the reversible generation of 'dark bodies' in highly swollen egg phosphatidylcholine multilayer systems. The dark bodies are likely to be made of multiple self-connected bilayers. They are stable between roughly 15° and 65°C but disappear at lower and higher temperatures where an optically unresolvable dispersion and the planar multilayer system; respectively, seem to be preferred. © 1990.
