摘要
In the analysis of NMR binding curves for ligands binding to macromolecules, if the assumption of fast exchange is not justified there will be errors in the estimated equilibrium constants and the bound chemical shifts. The magnitudes of these systematic errors have been calculated for different sets of parameters and shown to be large, particularly when the lowest concentration of ligand examined is greater than that of the macromolecule. Methods of detecting these errors are discussed. © 1979.
