摘要
The metabolism of feprazone [1,2-diphenyl-3,5-dioxo-4-prenyl-pyrazolidine], an antiinflammatory drug, in rat, dog and man was studied using TLC, HPLC [high performance liquid chromatography], GC-MS [gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy] techniques in conjunction with stable isotope labeling. Metabolites (8) were identified and some were detected commonly in rat and dog. Feprazone-(C)-.beta. glucuronide found in man as a main urinary metabolite was not present in rat and dog.
