摘要
An integrated circuit current source, which gives a low temperature coefficient (TC) of the reference current, was developed and analyzed. Conditions for minimizing the TC were capculated theoretically; the circuit was simulated with the computer program, SPICE; and an experimental breadboard using integrated transistor arrays was used to confirm the predicted results.
