摘要
Angiotensin II (Ang II) and nitric oxide (NO) regulate a variety of physiological functions. In this study, we suggest that inhaled Ang II produces an initial bronchodilation apparently by stimulating NO production via AT(1) receptors. Also, we demonstrate that following the initial bronchodilation, Ang II causes bronchoconstriction in the guinea pig, also via AT(1) receptors. Both of the findings are important for our understanding of airway functions induced by Ang II.
