摘要
A case of Raynaud's phenomenon and scleroderma in a 54‐year‐old woman is reported. One of the patient's fingers had been reattached surgically after being partially amputated in a childhood accident. When sensitivity to cold and scleroderma began in later life, this finger was not affected. The circulation in all fingers was impaired, and all but the “amputated” finger showed roentgenographic evidence of severe resorption of terminal phalangeal bone.
