摘要
This article describes a technique of tendon repair and two variations using double loop locking sutures. Experimental study on human tendon specimens showed that the average tensile strength of tendon junctures was 4400 grams by double loop locking sutures and 2252 grams by Kessler's technique. The study also showed that the weakest point of the tendon juncture by double loop locking sutures was the sutures. © 1990.
