Production of N, O and NO in N(2)-O(2) flowing discharges

摘要
A kinetic model is developed for N(2)-O(2) flowing discharges and post-discharges with self-consistent calculations of N(2)( X, V) vibrational distribution, N, O and NO densities and gas temperature. A satisfactory agreement is obtained between theory and experiments in N(2)-O(2) flowing microwave discharges for intensities of N(2), NO and NO(2) bands and densities of N and O atoms in the N(2)-O(2) afterglow.
