摘要：

Isobutyl cyanoacrylate tissue adhesive was applied to an external fistula that complicated filtering surgery. Tissue adhesive successfully closed the fistula in the case presented, with prompt restoration of the anterior chamber and development of a functioning filtering bleb. The use of tissue adhesives in the management of flat chambers due to demonstrable wound leaks following cataract extraction is considered. © 1969.
