摘要
The assay conditions of three oxidative enzymes, lactate, succinate and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenases, were examined histochemically and their activities quantified by scanning and integrating microdensitometry. Optimal concentrations of substrate, co-enzyme, tetrazolium salt and of the intermediate acceptor, phenazine methosulphate, were determined for each enzyme. When studied at pH 7.5, non-specific reactions in the keratinized layer were absent and control activities in the absence of either substrate or co-enzyme were low in the other epithelial layers. © 1979.
