摘要：

Proteinuria occurring in chronic pyelonephritis was investigated by agar gel and immunoelectrophoresis; serum protein clearances were estimated as well. In chronic pyelonephritis, different patterns of proteinuria may occur due to selective proteinuria-with excretion of low molecular weight proteins-to unselective proteinuria-with proteins of low and high molecular weights. Serum protein clearances showed often a higher excretion of medium and high molecular weight proteins (IgG and IgM) than of low molecular weight proteins (albumin and transferrin). This pattern of proteinuria is a frequent characteristic of chronic pyelonephritis and its pseudo-glomerular nature is discussed. © 1968.
