摘要
Sintered AlN specimens were plastically deformed at constant strain rate between room temperature and 800-degrees-C. Resulting substructures have been characterized by transmission electron microscopy using the weak beam technique. Dislocations with a Burgers vector of 1/3[1120BAR] type lie in both the basal and prismatic planes. From the observations the prismatic planes are concluded to be the easy glide planes. In addition, the dominant orientation of dislocations is the screw orientation, indicating a low mobility of screw segments in the whole temperature range.
