摘要
The use of electronically-programmable current mirrors in conjunction with a current differencing technique is shown to produce a linearised transconductance amplifer with an extended transconductance (g(m)) adjustment range. Experimental results obtained from a transistor-array implementation verify the extended-adjustment/linearisation scheme.
