摘要
The intricate connection between the distribution of exceptional points and particular fluctuation properties of level spacings and associated eigenvector statistics is shown. A procedure is given to determine the distribution of the exceptional points of the problem H0 + lambda-H1. Its implementation is demonstrated considering simple matrix models and the quantized chaotic quartic oscillator.
