摘要
Detoxification of E-destruxin into E-diol-destruxin, conjugated glutathion-E-destruxin, cysteinyl-E-destruxin, and phosphorylated-E-destruxin in vivo in Locusta migratoria is demonstrated using direct negative-ion fast-atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FAB-MS) without the need for prior extraction or purification.
