摘要
Low-frequency amplitude-noise measurements for several lead-salt diode lasers fabricated by molecular-beam-epitaxy are presented. The influence of current fluctuations of the current source and of the magnitude of the injection current was investigated. The total noise is compared to the noise in single modes.
