摘要
A modification of the travelling wave technique is described which enables the permittivity of highly conductive liquids to be accurately measured over a wide range of frequencies. The work is particularly relevant to biological aqueous solutions and it is suggested that samples which are as conductive as physiological saline can be measured at frequencies down to 300 MHz.
