The effect of temperature between 10 and 50-degrees-C on the structural properties of a poly(ethylene oxide)/poly(propylene oxide)/poly(ethylene oxide) triblock copolymer has been studied with time-correlated fluorescence probing techniques using pyrene. Two different models have been used for the analysis of the fluorescence decay profiles, one probing micellar structures and the other probing percolating structures. Between 15 and 25-degrees-C we have detected a pronounced transition from a micellar to a solidlike gel phase, while with a further increase of temperature our results indicate a possible second phase transition.
