PAIRING SYMMETRY OF HIGH-T(C) CU OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTORS STUDIED BY NUCLEAR SPIN-SPIN RELAXATION

摘要
We report the temperature dependence of the planar Cu-63(2) nuclear spin-spin relaxation rate for high-T(c) Cu oxide superconductors YBa2Cu3O6.98 (T(c) approximately 92 K), LaBa2Cu3O6.93 (T(c) approximately 92 K) and Y2Ba4Cu7O14.95 (T(c) approximately 60 K), including the previous report for YBa2Cu4O8 (T(c) approximately 82 K). The Gaussian decay rate 1/63T(G) below T(c) shows a slight decrease but remains enhanced as above T(c). A secondary reduction of 1/63T(G) for YBa2Cu3O6.98 and LaBa2Cu3O6.93 has also been observed below about 30 K. We associate this with a change in the character of the superconducting order parameter. We conclude that Cooper pair of the high-T(c) superconducting state is basically in a d-wave gap state.
