摘要
Transferring potatoes, peas and strawberry leaves from 10 to 1° C produced initial increases in the contents of glucose‐6‐phosphate and fructose‐6‐phosphate and, in some experiments, the amounts of fructose diphosphate and of dihydroxyacetonephosphate. In contrast the contents of 3‐phosphoglycerate and of phosphoenolpyruvate decreased at 1° C. The above changes in phosphate esters appeared not to affect the rate of respiration.
