Liquid-liquid equilibrium was measured in the binary system methyl tert-butyl ether + water (in the temperature range 0 to 70°) and in the ternary system methyl tert-butyl ether + tetrahydrofuran + water at 20°. Vapour-liquid equilibrium was determined at normal pressure in the system methyl tert-butyl ether + tetrahydrofuran as well as in the ternary system methyl tert-butyl ether + tetrahydrofuran + water. The experimental data were correlated by superposition of Wilson and Redlich-Kister equations. © 1990.
