摘要
Several soluble and low molecular weight complexes of mono- and disaccharides with iron were synthesized and found to be stable over a wide range of pH as studied through absorption spectroscopy and electrochemistry. These complexes are expected to act as better candidates for dietary supplementation of nutrient iron.
