摘要：

The natural cytotoxic activity of spleen cells from NZB mice was within the same range as those from 17 other murine strains. In vivo priming with a syngeneic lymphoma cell line, but not with murine leukemia virus (MuLV), stimulated T cells and also N cells, which are responsible for the natural cytotoxic activity. In vitro stimulation in this system resulted in an intense increase in N-cell activity and permitted isolation of a highly uniform population of cells. Marked differences were noted in the lysis target of cells of different types, but there was no relationship to MuLV expression by the targets. © 1979.
