摘要
In this paper we develop a non-perturbative approach to the relativistic ring equations of paper I. It is shown that this approach leads to a straightforward deductive derivation of eq. (I.27). However, the complete set of coupled kinetic equations of I which include radiation and field reaction terms, can not as yet be obtained by this method so that its validity is actually restricted to the strongly stable collision region. The connections with similar non-perturbative approaches (superposition principle of dressed test particles, microscopic approach) is briefly discussed. © 1969.
