摘要
The interface regions of AgCu and AuCu superlattices are investigated. The analysis of X-ray diffraction spectra of the superlattices is applied in order to estimate the thicknesses of interface regions. The application of the statistical model of the superlattice structure and samples with doubly composed unit cells makes it possible to obtain detailed information. The Ag-Cu superlattices reveal a sharp interface, whereas the Au-Cu interfaces have interdiffused character and are 7-8 Å thick. © 1990.
