SHUBNIKOV-DEHAAS EFFECT IN EXTREMELY LOW CARRIER KONDO SYSTEM CEAS

摘要
We could measure the Shubnikov-de Haas effect in good quality single crystal of CeAs obtained by well controlling its stoichiometry. It revealed that carrier concentrations were extremely low to be about 0.001/Ce and showed dense Kondo behavior.
