摘要
:
The reaction NO2+ + NO --> NO --> NO- - NO2 is found to have a rate constant at 300 degrees K of 2.9 x 10(-10) cm(3)/molecule sec. From this observation it is concluded that the reaction is exothermic and that IP(NO2) > > IP(NO) = 9.25 eV.
