MECHANISM OF THE PEROXYOXALATE CHEMILUMINESCENCE REACTION

摘要
In recent years, much progress has been made in the development of high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) detection systems based on peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence (CL) reactions. Peroxyoxalate CL is now one of the most sensitive detection methods in HPLC: for many compounds detection limits in the high femtogram/low picogram range have been obtained and a considerable number of applications have been reported. This paper discusses the complex and still not fully elucidated mechanism of peroxyoxalate CL.
