摘要
The mechanism of photocurrent enhancement of a platinized dye sensitized solid state photovoltaic cell based on p-CuCNS and SnO2 coated transparent glass is discussed. The variation of photocurrent quantum efficiency (phi) with dye concentration (D0) of the device is presented for both platinized and unplatinized systems. According to the experimental results the parameters A and B in the model equation phi = AD0 - BD0(2) are calculated. It is found that parameter B is decreased and parameter A is increased for platinized systems compared with unplatinized systems. Photocurrent enhancement due to platinization is further discussed with the photophysical processes and charge transfer processes associated with the device.
