摘要
Aspergillus niger (RRL isolate) produced about 900 units of glucoamylase/g dry substrate (gds) containing fungal biomass in solid-state fermentation using wheat bran mixed with corn flour at 10% w/w ratio as substrate. The highest productivities were obtained with substrates of particle size 425-500-mu-m and 500-600-mu-m. However, substrates with mixed particle sizes containing particles smaller than 180-mu-m to bigger than 1.4 mm gave comparable yields.
